01 Check-In & Check-Out

A valid ID or passport is required at check-in for all registered guests.
All guests staying at the property must be registered at reception. The primary booker is responsible for any guests staying under their reservation.
02 Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early Check-In: Available upon request, subject to availability. Where granted outside our standard allowance, a fee of KES 5,000 applies.
Late Check-Out: Available upon request. A fee of KES 5,000 applies for check-out beyond the standard 10:00 AM time.
We recommend confirming early check-in or late check-out with our team in advance to guarantee availability.
03 Child Policy
Children under 12 years stay free when sharing existing bedding with a parent or guardian.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the property, including at the pool, gym, and co-working areas.
Extra beds for older children can be arranged on request, at an additional cost.
04 House Policies
Smoking: Strictly no smoking indoors.
Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
Registration: All guests must be registered at reception before accessing their apartment.
Noise: Loud music and noise are not permitted at any time. Guests are asked to be especially considerate between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Security Deposit: A refundable damage/security deposit is required at check-in. Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage caused during their stay, which will be deducted from the deposit accordingly.
05 Terms & Conditions
The primary booker must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid ID or passport at check-in.
A deposit is required to confirm any reservation.
The remaining balance is payable prior to check-in, with the exact timing dependent on the booking channel used.
The person who made the booking is responsible for the conduct of all guests staying under their reservation.
06 Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will incur a penalty of KES 5,000.
No-shows without prior communication will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
07 Refund Policy
Approved refunds are processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
